The court also imposed fines of Rs 70,000 on Jadon and Rs 50,000 on Kumar.

The sentencing comes after the duo was found guilty on September 20 in connection with the killing that took place on April 13, 2015, at Sector 76 in Noida.

Chauhan, who worked with Tata Consultancy Services, was shot dead inside his car by unidentified assailants.

Following a detailed probe, the CBI arrested Jadon on June 1, 2017, and Kumar the next day. The agency had taken over the case on June 14, 2016, after the Allahabad High Court transferred the investigation to it.
