The order specifies that officers will not receive any additional remuneration for their new roles.

Furthermore, the government has instructed the officials to assume their new posts without awaiting formal relieving orders from their current departments.

"Handing over and taking over of charge is to be done immediately," the notification, accessed by The Tribune, read, warning that non-compliance would be taken seriously.

The reshuffle is seen as part of a broader effort by the Delhi administration to strengthen leadership across major healthcare institutions and improve service delivery.

Copies of the order have been circulated to top officials, including the Lieutenant Governor, the Chief Minister, and the Minister of Health.
