They were not fit for statement while one of their friends filed a complaint. In his complaint, he had said that on June 12, he and his friends Nand Kishore, Nitin Pandey, Surya Narayan Mandal, Rohit and others had gone to party at Mirage Club in Sector 29. Around 2.20 am, they were leaving the club after partying, when the club bouncers and manager attacked them with sticks, kicks and beer bottles over a minor issue.

According to the police, a team of the Sohna crime unit arrested three persons on Tuesday in the Sohna area. The accused were identified as Anil, a resident of Damdama village, Ajay and Rohit, both residents of Lalakheri village in Gurugram district.

“During police interrogation, the accused revealed that the crime was committed by them because the victims misbehaved with them in an inebriated condition. We are questioning the accused,” said a police spokesperson.
