AAP national convenor Arvind Kejriwal on Saturday called on Congress chief Mallikarjun Kharge at the latter’s residence and discussed progress on seat-sharing talks in Delhi and challenges in Punjab.

Kejriwal was accompanied by AAP MP Raghav Chadha.

Former Congress chief Rahul Gandhi and Congress general secretary organisation KC Venugopal also attended the meeting.

AAP and Congress are at advanced stages or finalising seat sharing in Delhi with an agreement on Punjab unlikely.

Sources said AAP and Congress could have an understanding in Gujarat.
