AAP terms it ‘dirty politics’
“The Centre has evicted me thrice from the residence,” claimed CM Atishi on her allotment being withdrawn from 6, Flag Staff Road bungalow. AAP said the act was a calculated move to undermine a woman CM, terming it “dirty politics”.
AAP national convener Arvind Kejriwal on X said, “Within three months, the BJP has once again forced CM Atishi out of the CM’s residence. The BJP is facing a severe defeat in the Delhi elections, which is why they have resorted to such dirty politics.”
At a press conference, Atishi said, “The BJP can take away my home, abuse me and insult my family, but they cannot extinguish the passion in our hearts to serve Delhi,”
“The BJP-led central government for the second time in three months, threw me out of my official residence… They cancelled the allotment of the CM’s residence and took it away from a democratically elected CM.” she added.
Attacking the BJP she claimed that three months ago her belongings were thrown onto the street.
“I will continue working to show the BJP no matter how much they oppress or harass us, we will not let them hinder our work for the people of Delhi,” she continued.
