Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) Managing Director Dr Vikas Kumar has been awarded a special ‘Appreciation’ by the Chief of Army Staff, General Upendra Dwivedi, in recognition of his “yeoman contribution and outstanding commitment to the Indian Army.”

The honour, conferred on Tuesday, acknowledges Dr Kumar’s sustained support and collaboration with the Indian Army through various initiatives undertaken by DMRC.

The DMRC said it shares a relationship with the armed forces and has consistently extended support to the Army in all its endeavours.
