Ministers assure flood-hit farmers of compensation

Acting on the instructions of Chief Minister Rekha Gupta, Development Minister Kapil Mishra and Social Welfare Minister Ravindra Indraj Singh carried out a joint inspection of the flood-affected areas, marking the first time two Cabinet Ministers visiting such locations together.
The inspection, conducted from Palla Chowk to Hiranki, aimed to assess the losses suffered by farmers and ensure timely compensation. The ministers, accompanied by senior officials from the Agriculture and Flood Control Departments as well as the local district administration, met farmers directly, listened to their grievances and reviewed the administrative response on the ground.
