The Aryan Heritage Foundation is set to stage the 10th edition of its Broadway Ramlila from September 26 to October 1 at Netaji Subhash Place, Pitampura. This year’s theme, “Charitron Ka Adhyayan” (A Study of Characters), promises to go beyond the familiar storyline of the Ramayana to explore the psychological and philosophical depth of its legendary figures.

Rajender Mittal, the foundation’s president, said the aim this year was not only to entertain but also to make the Ramayana more relevant. “By focusing on ‘A Study of Characters,’ we want audiences to see that these ancient figures faced very human dilemmas. Their journeys offer universal lessons on wisdom, justice and forgiveness,” he said.

Organisers have revamped stage design, graphics, costumes and technology to heighten the experience. The event will also feature modern amenities, including air-conditioned lounges, a food court and seamless entry systems.

Since its launch in 2015, the Broadway Ramlila has become one of Delhi’s most celebrated festive productions, even being screened in cinema halls. The 10th edition promises to be its most ambitious yet
