New Delhi: The Brazilian health regulator on Monday scrapped the approval application of Bharat Biotech’s Covaxin setting the stage for the termination of a multi-million dollar deal Bharat Biotech had with Brazil to seek Covaxin doses to the South American nation. The US $324 million deal was signed in February. TNS

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
