A group of boys set fire to parked vehicles to take revenge on the intervening night of November 6-7 following a quarrel between two groups of boys, police officials said on Tuesday. "On November 6, a quarrel broke out among some boys at Gajju Katra. Later that night, around 2:30 am, some of them returned and set fire to parked vehicles near Chand Tara Masjid, Gajju Katra, Shahdara, resulting in two Activas and two bikes being gutted in the fire," said DCP (Shahdara), Prashant Gautam. "After extensive efforts and analysis of CCTV footage, the team identified those involved. The team apprehended the three CCLs (child in conflict with law) and after completing all necessary legal procedures, they were handed over to their families," the DCP added.

Bus service started for Rajasthan temple

Palwal: Haryana Minister of State for Sports, Youth Empowerment and Entrepreneurship, Law and Legislative Affairs, Gaurav Gautam ,flagged off the bus service from Palwal to Khatu Shyam temple in Rajasthan on Tuesday. This is the first direct bus service between the two interstate towns. A spokesperson of the Transport Department said the bus will leave daily at 9 am and reach Khatu Shyam by 5 pm on the same day. The fare per passenger is Rs 300. TNS
