Another INDIA bloc party, AAP, tweeted the picture of the bucket in the new Parliament House. The caption read: "The new Parliament built with Rs 1200 cr has to eventually depend on a bucket worth Rs 120 ."
A heavy downpour in the national capital last evening threw life out of gear with vast parts inundated and traffic jams reported from all over the city.
Even last night water logging was seen at the new Parliament house's Makar Dwar.
