A senior police officer said the police were in touch with the Ugandan mission to keep the body at AIIMS and not have it flown out just yet.

The deceased has been identified as Nasimwa Madina (33). She came to India around two years ago on a study visa and was staying in Delhi.

The possibility of sexual assault is yet to be confirmed, only the autopsy can confirm that. The police had received information about the body on Sunday morning.
