An eighth-grade girl student was allegedly gang-raped after being kidnapped by four youths in their car. According to reports, the 15-year-old victim was held hostage from 7 pm on October 26 to 4 am on October 27. Afterward, the accused left her outside her house and fled in their car.

An FIR has been registered at the Faridabad Old police station based on a complaint filed by the victim’s sister. According to the complaint, the victim had gone to the Sector 18 market to eat momos on October 26 around 7 pm. When she didn’t return home for a long time, the family became concerned. Despite extensive searching, she was nowhere to be found.

The victim’s sister stated, “My sister arrived home around 4.30 am on October 27. She revealed that she had been abducted by four youths in a car earlier that evening. They took her to a secluded area, drugged her, and raped her.” The victim is currently hospitalised and is not fit to give a statement yet.

Following the complaint, an FIR was registered against four unknown youths under relevant sections of the BNS and POCSO Act at the Faridabad Old police station on Tuesday. SHO Vishnu Mittar said, “The victim is not fit to give a statement yet. We are investigating and reviewing the CCTV cameras installed around the Sector 18 market. The accused will be arrested soon.”
