According to the complaint lodged by the victim’s sister, the girl had gone to Sector 18 market around 7 pm on October 26 to eat momos. When she did not return, the family searched for her but could not find her.

They took her to a secluded area, drugged her and raped her. She is admitted to hospital and not yet fit to give a statement,” the sister said in her complaint.
