Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann and AAP national convenor Arvind Kejriwal will participate in a series of religious congregations organised by the Punjab Government in Delhi to commemorate the 350th Shaheedi Diwas of Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji.

Sharing details on X, Kejriwal wrote, “Hind Di Chadar, Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib, who sacrificed his life to protect faith and humanity — the Punjab Government is commemorating the 350th anniversary of this unparalleled martyrdom with devotion and reverence.”

The commemorations will begin on Saturday with an Ardaas at Gurdwara Sis Ganj Sahib, Delhi, followed by a grand Kirtan Darbar at 6 pm at Gurdwara Rakab Ganj Sahib. Devotees will gather to remember and reflect upon the teachings of Guru Tegh Bahadur, the post mentioned.

The Punjab Government has planned several events across the state to mark this historic occasion. On the 350th martyrdom anniversary of Guru Tegh Bahadur, grand and historic programmes will be held across Punjab, with the holy town of Sri Anandpur Sahib serving as the central venue, a spokesperson of the state government said.
