Although the Centre on Saturday confirmed there were no cases of post-vaccine hospitalisation reported across India on day one, some states reported adverse events which can be mild or serious.

 Haryana reported 13 adverse events following immunisation. The state data did not clarify whether these were minor or serious.

Delhi reported 52 adverse events following Immunisation of which 51 were minor and one serious.

The Centre did not share pan India AEFI data but said there was no hospitalisation after vaccination today although mild side effects such as fever, headache, rash and allergies are normal as in other vaccines.
