Delhi Assembly Secretary bags top honours at ‘Officers’ Voice – 2025’

Jointly organised by the Indian Media Welfare Association and the IDHC Committee, the event saw participation from over 50 officers from various All India and Central Services, including the IAS, IPS, and IRS.
Delhi Assembly Speaker Vijender Gupta, the chief guest and Justice Sudhir Agarwal, the guest of honour, presented awards to the winners. Applauding the initiative, Gupta remarked: “Such programmes not only help officers relieve stress but also infuse new energy and positivity in their lives.” He congratulated Ranjit Singh for bringing pride to the Delhi Legislative Assembly through his stellar performance.
Justice Agarwal praised the organisers for providing officers with a platform for creative expression beyond their professional responsibilities. He noted that the event had evolved into a meaningful space for connection and self-expression among civil servants.
In the main competition, Ranjit Singh (DANICS) secured the top position, followed by Vijay Singh (IPS). The joint third-place honours went to Sanjeev Rishi (IRS) and Ashish Sharma. In the senior officers’ category, Poonam Walia, Manpreet Singh and Ajay Puthiya claimed the top three spots, respectively.
The evening also featured a surprise performance by IAS officer Rakhi Gupta Bhandari, who received a standing ovation from the audience.
The event concluded on a high note, celebrating the creativity, unity and human side of India’s bureaucracy.
