Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee president Devender Yadav inaugurated four Rajiv Gandhi Seva Kendras in the Badli Assembly on Sunday as part of a new initiative aimed at connecting directly with the public.

Criticising the AAP government for its perceived distance from the people, he said, “The citizens of Delhi are troubled by the need for middlemen to get their work done. For the past 10 years, the Kejriwal government’s corruption has left the public in distress.”

The inaugurated seva kendras are located at Main Chowk, Samaypur; Veer Bazar Chowk, Rana Park; Jahangirpuri C-965; and Gurjar Chowk, Bhalswa Dairy. “I am confident that these centres will prove to be helpful for the people of this area,” Yadav said.

Yadav assured attendees that the Congress would assist residents in obtaining essential documents such as Aadhaar cards, PAN cards, caste certificates and income certificates. “For the past decade, the AAP government has left people without basic facilities,” he added.

Yadav criticised former CM Arvind Kejriwal, claiming, “Despite receiving full majority twice, Kejriwal blames the L-G and Central Government for his failures.”

Urging residents to recognise and choose their representatives wisely, he said, “For the past 11 years, the AAP has deceived the people with lies and empty promises. The truth is before you; now, you must decide who has truly worked for your development.”
