“The Green War Room teams are closely monitoring data from the Anti-Road Dust Campaign, allowing departments to respond appropriately,” Rai stated. Launched on September 25, the Winter Action Plan includes 21 initiatives to combat pollution during winter when air quality typically deteriorates.

The government has initiated several campaigns, such as anti-dust measures, bio-decomposer spraying, tree planting, and raising awareness about firecrackers. A significant initiative involves deploying 200 mobile anti-smog guns across all 70 assembly constituencies.

Rai said approximately 88 percent of complaints filed through the Green Delhi App have been resolved, with over 71,558 out of 81,418 complaints addressed. Areas like New Moti Bagh and Vivek Vihar reported alarming AQI levels of 400 and 421, respectively.
