Ex-AAP MLA Dalal, DSGMC member Balbir Singh join BJP
During the induction ceremony, Sachdeva highlighted the failures of the Arvind Kejriwal-led Delhi government, particularly its unfulfilled promises regarding the Sports University project, despite considerable funds being allocated. He stated, “The Sports University, worth Rs 2,100 crore, has only existed on paper. From the vice-chancellor to professors, everyone has been appointed and paid for five years, yet not a single brick has been laid.”
Dalal, who initiated the Sports University project during his tenure as an MLA, also criticised the AAP government’s inaction. “I passed the Sports University project during my tenure, but to date, no progress has been made,” Dalal remarked, expressing frustration over the lack of progress.
Taking a swipe at the AAP government Harsh Malhotra, Minister of State in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs,said, “People who joined AAP in the name of an anti-corruption movement are leaving one by one, as they can no longer tolerate corrupt Kejriwal. ”
