Gurugram MC Commissioner Ashok Kumar Garg, has terminated the services of an expert-consultant, who was hired by the MC on a contractual basis.

Suresh Yadav, who was posted in the establishment branch, was allegedly found guilty of “negligence in duty”.

The MCG had recruited him a couple of months ago. Earlier as well, the MC had appointed Yadav as an expert-consultant, but he was shown the door for not performing his duty properly.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
