The video shows the dog digging its teeth deep into the woman’s hand and refusing to let go as its owner and the nearby people struggle to free her.

According to eyewitnesses, the incident took place around 7 pm on Sunday. In the video, a woman was seen walking on the footpath. Another woman is seen walking a pet Husky, which went out of control and pounced on the woman. The dog tightly gripped the woman’s hand in its jaws. After a lot of efforts, the victim was freed from the clutches of the dog.

People condemned the incident after the CCTV footage went viral on social media. They raised question that how someone can walk such a big and foreign breed dog without using a muzzle? Some users demanded strict action against the dog owner.
