Woman found dead in flat

New Delhi: A 24-year-old woman was found dead in her rented flat in Kalkaji, with the police suspecting suicide. According to cops, a PCR call was received around 7.30 am on Thursday, reporting a body inside a DDA Janta flat in the area. Her employer, Dharam Singh, who had been unable to reach her on Wednesday night, went to the apartment with the landlord the next morning and found her hanging from a ceiling fan with a scar and informed the police. The deceased, from UP’s Hardoi, worked in the accounts department of a private Noida-based company.

Body found in Central Delhi

New Delhi: The decomposed body of a woman aged around 23-24 was found in the Anand Parbat area of Delhi, the police said on Friday. They added that the deceased’s partner was on the run. The cops found the body after a PCR call, regarding the same, was received at the Anand Parbat Police Station. It appears that the death occurred at least three to four days ago, a cop said. Investigation revealed that the man had not visited the house they were staying in over the last four days. The body has been preserved at the mortuary for identification, the personnel added.
