Taekwondoins of Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI), Delhi, have bagged four medals at IIT-Roorkee’s annual sports fest, SANGRAM, which began on September 19. Mubashshir Rizvi (a second-year MCA student) and Hasan Abdullah Khan (a second-year BA-economics honours student) bagged silver medals at the fest.

Adding to the tally, Samreen Haque (a first-year BA-psychology honours student) and Namra Khan (a first-year BA-Spanish and Latin American studies honours student) clinched bronze medals.

Jamia Millia Islamia Vice-Chancellor Mazhar Asif extended his congratulations to the players, while Registrar Md Mahtab Alam Rizvi of offered his support, commendation and best wishes for their forthcoming tournaments.
