Linesman dies of electrocution, FIR registered

He had received permission from Junior Engineer Tasleem to shut off the power, but it was allegedly switched on while Tejpal worked on the transformer.
Despite being on the transformer for only two minutes, he was fatally electrocuted. Tejpal's father filed a complaint, leading to an FIR for negligence against DHBVN. An investigation is underway to verify the details and take appropriate action.
