Organised by the India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO) under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, the event will feature over 30 states and UTs, 55 Central ministries and public sector undertakings, 12 countries and around 400 private companies. Partner states for this edition are Bihar, Maharashtra, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh, while Jharkhand has been named the ‘focus state’.

The fair will open its doors to business visitors from November 14 to 18, followed by general public entry from November 19 to 27. The venue will remain open from 10 am to 7.30 pm, with entry through Gates 3 and 4 (Bhairon Road) and Gates 6 and 10 (Mathura Road). Tickets are available through the DMRC’s Sarthi app and select Metro stations, as no on-the-spot ticket sales will take place at Bharat Mandapam.

IITF 2025 will feature a wide range of exhibits — from handicrafts, handlooms, and agro-products to cutting-edge innovations in AI, cybersecurity, and deep-tech. Government ministries will also highlight major welfare and development programmes, including initiatives for MSMEs, startups, rural development, and agriculture.

The SARAS Aajeevika Mela (Halls 8–10) by the Ministry of Rural Development will return this year, showcasing handmade products by women’s self-help groups from across India. Visitors can also explore state-of-the-art pavilions by key ministries such as Power, Railways, Fisheries, Social Justice and Environment, among others.

Foreign participation includes exhibitors from Thailand, UAE, Malaysia, Sweden, Türkiye, China, Iran, South Korea, Egypt, Lebanon, Tunisia and Tibet, adding an international flavour to the fair.

To enhance visitor experience, ITPO has introduced several facilities, including international business lounges, media centres, first-aid booths, wheelchair access and food courts featuring state cuisines.

Senior citizens and specially-abled visitors will enjoy free entry on all days, while business day tickets are priced at Rs 500 for adults, Rs 200 for children, and general entry tickets will range between Rs 40 to Rs 150, depending on the day.
