In a memorandum submitted to the L-G, Gupta called on the government to be held accountable for deliberately delaying the presentation of the reports, which are critical for assessing the government’s financial and administrative performance.

“The Delhi Government is deliberately withholding these important CAG reports from the public and the Assembly. Despite repeated requests from the Opposition, the government has refused to convene a special session to present these reports,” Gupta said after meeting the L-G.

“I urge the L-G to direct the Speaker to ensure that these reports are tabled without further delay.”
