The complainant, Sirajuddin (65), told the police that while he was going to buy milk, he noticed a man sitting outside his house. When he asked the man to sit elsewhere, an argument broke out.

After sometime, the man returned and allegedly fired a shot at the complainant’s house before fleeing the spot.

Following the incident, a case was registered under Sections 115(2), 324(6) and 351(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) and Section 27 of the Arms Act at the Dayalpur police station.
