According to an official statement, the projects will be executed by the Central Public Works Department (CPWD) under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs.

Earlier, the MHA had freed 79,774 sq ft of office space across its establishments and Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) through a special drive to promote sustainable and efficient workplaces. Conducted between November 2024 and August 2025, the drive also focused on resolving long-pending cases and enhancing administrative effectiveness.
