The police have arrested a 24-year-old dance teacher, along with his brother and an accomplice, for allegedly extorting Rs 30 lakh from a minor girl student in the Sohna area by blackmailing her with obscene photographs. According to the police, the girl, passionate about dancing, regularly attended a training centre in her locality. During this period, the dance teacher allegedly lured her, administered intoxicants, and took obscene photographs while she was unconscious.

The teacher later roped in his brother and another associate. Together, they demanded money from the girl. Out of fear and under pressure, the victim stole from her home and handed over approximately Rs 30 lakh to the trio over time. After getting fed up with the accused, the student narrated her ordeal to her relatives, after which a complaint was registered.

Following the complaint, an FIR was registered.
