NIA chargesheets 3 more in Gurugram club bombing case

The accused, identified as Vijay, Ajit Sehrawat and Vinay, have been chargesheeted under relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), Explosive Substances Act and the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, for their alleged involvement in planning and the conspiracy behind the bombing at the Warehouse Club and Human Club in Sector-29, Gurugram, Haryana, on December 10, last year.
The supplementary chargesheet was filed on Thursday before the NIA Special Court in Panchkula.
The accused were found to be closely associated with foreign-based gangster Randeep Malik and Rohit Godara, a close aide of Canada-based designated terrorist Satinderjit Singh @ Goldy Brar.
