Investigating officers indicated that the probe was being handled by the Delhi Police and there was no clarity whether it would be handed over to counter-terrorism agencies, even though NIA personnel have been conducting a thorough recce of the blast site almost on a daily basis.Even the “white powder” which was recovered from the blast site and was sent for forensic examination, has not yet yielded any results, sources said. The case is currently being investigated by Delhi’s Police Special Cell Unit.
