The Nuh police arrested 23 Bangladeshi nationals, who were staying without any legal documents, during a raid at a brick kiln in Baajdaka village on Friday.

They were working as labourers at a brick kiln. They include four men, six women, 13 youths and children. The police are examining their documents and it is being ascertained when and how these people entered India illegally.

According to a spokesperson for the Nuh police, the action was taken on the basis of secret information on Friday, when all people caught from the Bihari brick kiln of Baajdaka village were living in the district without valid documents. Action has been started against these Bangladeshi citizens as per the rules.

“Such action against illegal intruders will continue in the district. The police have appealed to the local brick kiln owners and other businessmen to get their employees police verified compulsorily. Action is being taken against those arrested as per the rules,” added the spokesperson.
