During the meeting, officials shared intelligence inputs and discussed anti-terror measures, including border checking and the verification of suspicious elements. They also deliberated on the threat posed by paragliders, drones and other flying objects entering from open areas.

Emphasis was laid on the need for advanced information regarding the movement of suspicious individuals and vehicles. In light of security concerns in the national capital, the Commissioner called for intensified action against criminal gangs operating in Delhi and the NCR, especially those with international links, through the use of modern technology.

He also stressed the need for a joint action plan and coordinated strategy to tackle such threats. Traffic restrictions for Independence Day and measures to prevent unauthorised border intrusions were also discussed, with officials from other states urged to extend full cooperation for effective implementation, according to a Delhi Police statement.
