Contrary to various ongoing reports, deceased national tennis player Radhika Yadav had been inactive on social media for over a year now. The family and police have refuted claims of Radhika being a reel addict, so there couldn’t have been any confrontation over the same. Meanwhile, a YouTube song featuring Radhika almost a year ago has also surfaced and is being speculated to be one of the key reasons behind her confrontation with her father. The family has, however, informed the police that this video was shot after family's consent.

"Social media has no role in Radhika's confrontation with her father. After her death, a song featuring her has gone viral. The family has informed us that it was done one year ago with their consent. The social media handles of Radhika have been inactive for over a year," confirmed Sandeep Kumar Official, spokesperson for the Gurugram Police.

Radhika's father Deepak Yadav was produced in a local court today that sent him to one-day police remand.

Radhika's family has, meanwhile, claimed her body. Her brother, who is a property dealer, and her mother have refused to speak to anyone. The police are being deployed outside their house to keep media away.
