Lieutenant-Governor (L-G) VK Saxena spearheaded the ‘Tiranga Yatra’ with 5,000 students from New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) schools on Tuesday. The procession began at A-Block, Inner Circle, Connaught Place, and culminated an ayurvedic dispensary, which was inaugurated at the NDMC Chest Polyclinic on Baird Line.

Saxena honoured Aman Sehrawat, bronze medallist in wrestling at the Paris Olympics 2024, by appointing him as the NDMC brand ambassador. — TNS
