Social Welfare Minister Ravinder Indraj Singh on Friday joined Delhi citizens in the ‘Tiranga Shaurya Yatra’ held at Shahbad Dairy in Bawana. The event, organised to honour the bravery of Indian armed forces, witnessed enthusiastic participation from local residents, youth and ex-servicemen.

The yatra was held to commemorate the success of Operation Sindoor.

Speaking at the event, Ravinder said: “Under the decisive leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the unmatched courage of our armed forces, Operation Sindoor has become a symbol of India’s growing strength and unwavering resolve against terrorism.”

He said the yatra aimed at inspiring citizens, especially the youth, by showcasing the dedication and heroism of Indian soldiers.

The minister said: “The Tiranga Shaurya Yatra is also a symbol of India’s unity and integrity. It is not just a celebration, but a national tribute. This event reflects our collective gratitude to the armed forces”.
