Top BJP leaders attended a special conclave on ‘One nation, One election’ held at Dr Ambedkar International Centre here today.

Over 1,000 student leaders from all states across the country attended the event. Union Ministers Shivraj Singh Chauhan, Dharmendra Pradhan and Mansukh Mandaviya, National General Secretary Sunil Bansal and National Secretaries Anil K Antony, Om Prakash Dhankar and Surendra Singh Nagar were guests of honour.

Importantly, Chouhan heads the special BJP committee set up in March to create awareness around ONOE among the civil society across the country. Bansal is the national coordinator of the outreach that seeks to create public consensus in favour of simultaneous polls. Anil Antony is a member of the panel. — TNS
