Gurugram: The police on Thursday arrested two accused, who had opened fire on a chaff businessman and his nephew in Sohna, following a road accident. The arrested accused were identified as Sachin of Rampur village in Nuh district and Mohit (alias Binda) of Mandola village in Rewari district. A country-made pistol has also been recovered from their possession. OC

Portal to certify digital readiness

New Delhi: The Quality Council of India and the Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC) on Thursday jointly introduced the DigiReady Certification portal aimed at evaluating and certifying the digital readiness of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in India. Through self-assessment tools on the portal, MSMEs can gauge their preparedness to integrate with ONDC’s digital network as sellers, assessing parameters such as documentation, software skills and workflow integration. IMD predicts more rainfall

New Delhi: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted more rainfall in February. Temperatures were dropped by a degree on Thursday accompanied by gusty winds during the day.
