A video has gone viral on social media showing two young men drinking beer while riding a motorcycle carrying a Rajasthan registration number. The incident is said have happened on Sohna road. A woman filmed the two from her car and posted it on X.

“Two boys drunk driving with beer bottles in their hands, no helmets, almost hitting cars and people and the cops said, “post it on social media.” Is this what safety looks like on our roads?” she writes on X, tagging the DC and Gurugram police.

The video shows both the rider and the pillion rider holding bottles of beer and enjoying their road trip. These young men were openly challenging the police as they zoomed down the road.

As the woman posted the video on social media, the Gurugram police claimed to have taken action, but no information was given about the nature of the action.

“We are on the lookout for these riders. Strict action will be taken against them,” a police spokesperson said.
