A 53-year-old man was allegedly attacked with a knife by his live-in partner and her two sons in Gurugram following a dispute over vacating a rented house. The police registered an FIR at the New Colony police station and arrested all three accused within hours of the incident.

According to the complaint filed by Sanjay Gaba, he had been living with Neetu Verma and her two sons for the past three years. The four were residing in a rented house, and for the past 12 days, Neetu had allegedly been pressuring him to vacate the premises.

“I told Neetu I was looking for a house and would be shifting there by next week, but she insisted that I leave immediately,” Gaba said. “On Sunday night, Neetu and her sons attacked me with a knife. Covered in blood, I ran from the house and am now admitted at the civil hospital.”

The police registered a case and arrested Neetu Verma and her son Krish Verma on Monday. The second son, whose name was not disclosed, is also in custody.
