Bollywood celebrities opted for low-key Ganpati celebrations this year due to the pandemic. Adhering to all safety norms, Ganpati visarjan was carried out by celebs on Sunday. Shilpa Shetty Kundra and her family were seen dressed up in traditional attire, dancing their way as they bid adieu to Ganpati Bappa in a water tank kept inside their apartment complex. Shraddha Kapoor was also seen carrying out Ganpati visarjan within her building premises.

Salman Khan

Salman Khan, along with his entire family, joined the visarjan of Arpita Khan’s Ganpati, which was organised at Sohail Khan’s residence. Salman’s industry friends, including Jacqueline Fernandez, Iulia Vantur, Waluscha De Souza and Daisy Shah, were also present on the occasion.

On the other hand, Shah Rukh Khan shared a black and white picture of himself on Twitter and wrote, “Prayers and visarjan done… This #GaneshChaturthi, may Lord Ganesha bestow upon you and your loved ones blessings and happiness… Ganpati Bappa Morya!”

Hrithik Roshan and his family also immersed the idol of Lord Ganesha at their home in an eco-friendly manner. Hrithik, with parents Rakesh Roshan and Pinkie Roshan, sister Sunaina Roshan, ex-wife Sussanne Khan and their sons, Hrehaan and Hridaan, posed together with Lord Ganesha idol before immersing it in a tub of water filled with flowers.
