Celebs mourn demise of veteran actress Farrukh Jaffar
Veteran actress Farrukh Jaffar, who was recently seen in Gulabo Sitabo, died at the age of 89 in Lucknow on October 15.
Farrukh became popular with her roles in Peepli Live, Swades, Secret Superstar and Sultan. Screenwriter Juhi Chaturvedi took to Instagram and wrote, “Begum is gone… Farrukh ji, there was no one, and there will be no one like you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for allowing us to connect with you. Please stay safe in the other world of Allah. RIP…” Ayushmann Khurrana shared Farrukh’s picture with caption “Begum gayin. Rest in peace Farrukh Jaffar ji…”
