Sony Entertainment Televisions’ magnum opus Punyashlok Ahilyabai takes us through the life journey of Ahilya Bai, who brought peace, prosperity with her wisdom and proved that one becomes great not by gender or birth but by deeds. In an era where everybody believed that a woman’s ability was just confined to their homes, Ahilya encourages women empowerment and fights for their right in the society. The upcoming episode will talk about one such chapter of Ahilya’s life – Maheshwari Saree Adhyay.
