Fatima Sana Shaikh shares health update

Fatima Sana Shaikh is Covid-positive and she took to Instagram on Saturday to share a picture of herself in quarantine. She wrote, “Lost smell and taste… And a horrible body ache.” Fans have been sending wishes for her speedy recovery and we hope she gets well soon! Apart from Fatima, actors like Vikrant Massey, Paresh Rawal, Kartik Aaryan, Alia Bhatt, Aamir Khan, Rohit Saraf and others have also tested positive for Covid-19.

Meanwhile, many Bollywood celebrities are taking the first dose of the Covid vaccine. Rohit Shetty is the latest celeb to join that list. Sharing a picture on social media, Rohit wrote, “Action and stunts are for movies… Don’t try to be a khatron ka khiladi in real life. Got vaccinated. It is the only way to fight Covid…”

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.

The Tribune, the largest selling English daily in North India, publishes news and views without any bias or prejudice of any kind. Restraint and moderation, rather than agitational language and partisanship, are the hallmarks of the newspaper. It is an independent newspaper in the real sense of the term.
