Over the years, Geetanjali has managed to keep herself fit and healthy and here is what Geetanjali has to say about her fit body. She says, “I love working out, especially jogging and running. It helps me isolate myself from the chaos of the world and calm myself down. I’ve been working out for a very long time and it’s to only stay fit and healthy. A healthy body leads to a healthy mind. I have a regime that I follow diligently.”

She adds, “I also eat healthy. Since I am a vegetarian, I ensure that I consume enough protein. I wake up at 5 am every morning for my exercises. If I miss out, I ensure that I make time during the day for it. It’s safe to call me a fitness freak. I’m at the right side of 40 and feeling fitter than ever. Lifestyle changes and discipline are the way to be. Mindful living, positive influences and a fitness routine make a great combination. The only wrong workout is the one that never took place. Move around. No rules.”
