The debate on the different pay cheques actors and actresses get is never-ending. We have had many actors in the past who have given their opinions on the same although it has varied from one person to the other. However, actress Shruti Sharma says that your pay cheque varies on the basis of your work experience. Shruti says, “Firstly, there is a very big pre-conceived notion about the pay varying on the basis of gender. However, in the past, I have never faced any sort of pay disparity because of my gender, I was rather paid more.”

She adds, “That solely depends on the number of days you are allotting, and what character you are playing in that particular show. Also, most importantly, the experience that you bring in is also something that matters the most.”
