Laal Singh Chaddha has been in the news ever since its announcement. The film is the adaptation of the six-time Academy Award-winning film Forest Gump that redefined the movie landscape during its time.

With Aamir Khan stepping into the shoes of Tom Hanks and redefining the iconic character, fans can hardly wait to see how Mr Perfectionist will make it his own! Also starring Kareena Kapoor Khan, Laal Singh Chaddha went on the floors last year and was shot across 100 locations in the country. The shoot recently wrapped up in Mumbai. The cast and crew of the film gathered on the set to celebrate the completion of what can only be called one of the most anticipated films of all time.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.

The Tribune, the largest selling English daily in North India, publishes news and views without any bias or prejudice of any kind. Restraint and moderation, rather than agitational language and partisanship, are the hallmarks of the newspaper. It is an independent newspaper in the real sense of the term.

The Tribune has two sister publications, Punjabi Tribune (in Punjabi) and Dainik Tribune (in Hindi).
