Sidhika Sharma, who rose to fame with Punjabi song Na Ji Na with Hardy Sandhu, will soon be making her big debut in Punjabi film Fufadji, alongside Jassie Gill. Sidhika has a huge following and is very active on social media. The actress is a fitness freak and is very particular about her diet. Sharing some health tips with fans, Sidhika says, “I take nutrition seriously as it improves one’s life, it affects our mood. If you eat the wrong things, it increases the risk of illness. It’s ok to eat the wrong things occasionally, but I make sure that 90 per cent of my diet is good.”

She adds, “I try avoiding carbs. I eat a lot of green leafy vegetables, fruits and proteins. I add a lot of walnuts, berries, Greek yogurt, beans, grilled chicken and fish to my diet.”
