Miss Mexico, Fátima Bosch, has been crowned Miss Universe 2025, winning the 74th title at the finale held in Thailand. Bosch was formally crowned by Miss Universe 2024, Victoria Kjær Theilvig of Denmark.

The competition reached its climax with five finalists from Thailand, the Philippines, Venezuela, Mexico and Côte d’Ivoire.

Miss Thailand, Praveenar Singh, was named the first runner-up, while Miss Venezuela secured the second runner-up position. Miss Philippines and Miss Côte d’Ivoire were announced as the third and fourth runners-up, respectively.

The new Miss Universe, Fátima Bosch Fernández from Villahermosa, Tabasco, is noted for her background in Fashion and Apparel Design and for using her personal experiences with dyslexia, ADHD, and hyperactivity as transformative strengths. Her victory marks Mexico’s return to the crown after five years.

The judging panel included Indian badminton legend Saina Nehwal.

Miss India, Manika Vishwakarma, exited the pageant after failing to make the Top 12 cut.
